Gateway to the Arctic Circle and home to Santa Claus, Lapland in Finland also has some fine places to stay. Here’s our guide to the best hotels Lapland has to offer, all bookable with Culture Trip.

Most people think of Santa, Rudolph and Christmas time when they think of Lapland – and you can meet the big, jolly red man in Rovaniemi, the official home of Santa Claus in Lapland. But in truth, the Arctic offers so much more than that – husky-sledding through snowy forests, cross-country skiing, ice-climbing on frozen waterfalls and views of the Northern Lights.

Make your trip even easier and book a spot on Culture Trip’s expertly curated five-day adventure in Finnish Lapland. Led by our Local Insider, you’ll visit the Santa Claus Village, pass ice waterfalls and explore the arctic landscape by husky sled.
