Westlake Grill at Heritage Ranch

Located just a stone’s throw from Alberta’s majestic Red Deer River in the grounds of the beautiful Heritage Ranch, Westlake Grill is local fine dining at its best. Enjoy a gourmet-casual lunch on the restaurant’s picturesque patio including beef and bison burgers topped with Saskatoon BBQ, lettuce, tomato, aged cheddar and ranch style aioli. You can also opt for Westlake Grill’s mouthwatering dinner menu, where local producers and international flavors meet in dishes such as Jack Daniels infused beef ribeye with maple curry BBQ or drunken duck breast served with a wild mushroom and grana Padano risotto and sour cherry whiskey sauce.

He oversees a team of talented mixologists crafting unique concoctions such as The Prestige (Jameson whiskey, Amaro Nonino, Jagermeister, Galliano and whiskey barrel-aged bitters) to be drunk over sharing plates of deviled eggs and tacos and entrees including sirloin steak with rosemary-green peppercorn butter.

It’s All Greek To Me

Family owned and operated tavern It’s All Greek To Me serves, as its name might suggest, authentic Greek cuisine in a vibrant, welcoming space, featuring live belly dancing every Friday and Saturday evenings. Combine appetizers like saganaki (breaded and fried goats cheese) or keftedes (lamb and beef meatballs topped with onions and served with tzatziki dip) with traditional Greek main courses including moussaka and slow-roasted lamb kleftiko, and finish with a dessert of galaktoboureko (custard cream stuffed filo pastry topped with icing sugar and cinnamon) for a truly authentic meal.

Boulevard Restaurant and Lounge

Contemporary casual dining characterized by eclectic New American cuisine with global influences is the order of the day at Boulevard. This classy restaurant’s kitchen is confidently overseen by Grenada-born chef Emmanuel David, a veteran of cooking competitions including the International Culinary Olympics where he competed as part of Culinary Team Canada. Alongside tempting plates such as the black tiger prawn appetizer with sweet coconut breading and mango mustard and the jerk chicken and ribs entrée served with fruit salsa, corn pudding and Tuscan kale, Boulevard also offers discerning foodies the opportunity to attend events like its monthly Taste the World dinners which take guests on culinary tours of countries including Portugal, Australia and Spain.
