There is an oyster bar and an Asian counter which serves sushi and dim sum. The well known ‘Pocket’ dining room is ready to serve you traditional French dishes. Classic French meals you find on the menu include escargots and beef tartare. There’s an impressive list of wines and beverages, originating from different parts of the globe.

The restaurant is located in the former Old Jarlateatern Theater, with a splendid curved ceiling. They provide a six or ten course tasting menu, which changes according to the seasons, and the dishes are original and innovative. Sashimi of char merges slices of char into crayfish with dill, daikon relish and tapioca crisps.

Riche is located near the Nobis Hotel. There are three separate sections, the most popular of which is the restaurant. The cuisine is a mix of French and Swedish: toast skagen and biff rydberg are the most outstanding dishes. The walls and windows are full of artworks and Riche regularly hosts contemporary artists and live music performances.

The seafood comes fresh from the coast, and is prepared by the experienced Elmqvist family, which has been in this business for four generations. Reservations are highly recommended at this award-winning restaurant, as seats are very limited.
