Cusco is home to many cafes and coffee shops that serve delicious sandwiches, coffees, desserts, and many more – just what you need to start your day right. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite spots in the Peruvian city.

Qucharitas is a trendy and modern ice cream parlor, creperie, and cafe. Be sure to try their delicious ice cream, which they make especially for each person based on their choice of ice cream base and fresh fruits. In addition to their made-to-order ice cream, they also offer sandwiches or wraps. This is a great place for an afternoon snack or stop for lunch.

Sepia Club Café

Sepia Club Café is a cafe popular with both tourists and locals. They offer traditional American fare such as burgers and sandwiches. In addition to their cuisine, they also have a bar that serves cocktails and beers. The restaurant is perfect for getting drinks at night with friends. The atmosphere of the cafe is rustic chic, with wooden floors and tables and a gorgeous bar at the front of the cafe.

Cafeteria Siete & Siete

Cafeteria Siete & Siete is located in The Pension Alemana Hotel and serves great coffee. Although the cafe is situated up a hill, the climb is worth it. The cafe offers a spectacular view of the city. They also serve lunch and dinner daily. Their cuisine offers traditional Peruvian food such as cerviche. Be sure to save room for dessert.

Café Loco

Café Loco is a small cafe located in the San Blas area of Cusco. The cafe offers delicious Italian coffee, sandwiches and desserts, and has incredible views of the city. The interior of the cafe is modern, but still distinctly Peruvian. All of the waiters are knowledgeable and friendly, so ask them about their favorite activities or advice on what to do while on your trip.

The Meeting Place

The Meeting Place is a friendly cafe located in the historical Plaza San Blas, Cusco. The cafe gives back to the local community by giving all of their profits to a handful of different organizations around the city, and is run by volunteers, creating an open atmosphere for travelers. They offer free Wi-Fi and serve classic American staples.
