Zona T is a popular nightlife spot, buzzing with people at its numerous bars and restaurants on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Aside from this area there are a number of individual and unique places to visit around the city where you can listen to live music from a variety of Colombian music genres.
Gaira Café is a restaurant, live music venue and dancehall owned and run by Carlos Vives and his brother, in the Chico neighborhood of Bogotá. Gaira Café has a variety of live music on offer including valiant, cumber, and porro, as well as modern genres.
Armando Records is located on the popular nightlife street Calle 85, close to Zona T. Armando is a large building with three floors: a rooftop DJ venue, a live music hall, and a contemporary lounge area. Armando has a large number of events each month with both Colombian and international musicians playing in its live music venue.

Latino Power is located in Bogotá’s lively Chapinero district. This live music venue plays host to a large number of big music concert events as well as weekly bands and entertainment. The live music at Latino Power varies from indie-rock, Colombian, electronic and various DJs.
El Sitio is located in the lively Park 93 area and is both a restaurant and rumba band venue. By day this thriving restaurant serves delicious food and by night the dance floor appears, turning the restaurant area into a thriving rumba dance venue with live bands.

The Bistro Bandido is an upscale restaurant turned live music venue. This restaurant serves delicious food and there is live music daily which creates an enjoyable atmosphere for a relaxed evening meal or drinks.
La Negra is located in Chapinero in a bustling nightlife street. This basement-style club creates the feeling that you are on the Colombian Caribbean coast with a brightly decorated venue and a live band playing a variety of coastal music such as champeta, zouk, merengue, salsa and reggae.
Andrés DC is located close to Zona T and is the brand’s city location. Styled to provide the same atmosphere as Andrés Carne de Res in Chia, this smaller version of the popular club and restaurant is a popular destination for a typical Colombian meal followed by an evening of live Colombian music.
In Bogotá you don’t have to travel far to listen to live bands or DJs playing a variety of genres of typical Colombian music and music from around the world, and in Bogotá wherever there is music you are sure to find lots of dancing, from salsa to champeta.
