Did you know that the flat white is allegedly a New Zealand invention? It’s no wonder, then, that this is the country to visit if you’re wanting to get the best brew. Auckland’s buzzing café scene will definitely serve you the right amount of caffeine and foam. Here are some of the best spots in the city to grab yourself a cuppa.

1. Caffetteria Allpress

Cafe, Coffee

Allpress has made a name for itself across the globe — since beginning operations in 1986, these espresso masterminds have ventured into Australia, the UK and Japan. Caffetteria Allpress is actually the home to the brand’s roastery — not only will you be able to educate yourself on one of Auckland’s best coffee servers, you’ll be able enjoy a variety of freshly roasted blends and the finest single origin filter brews.

2. Espresso Workshop
