We’re loving these floral frozen treats created by artisan gelato store i-Creamy in Sydney, Australia.
I-Creamy make 24 flavours of Italian-style gelato everyday, and they’re the first and the only gelateria that serves the flower-shaped gelato in Australia.

Their gelato is made using only fresh Australian milk, cream and eggs, and all-natural flavourings.

As well as traditional Western flavours, there’s plenty of Asian influences on the menu, including durian fruit, pinky milk (Thai nom yen) and white-chocolate miso.

Each flower gelato is designed to be eye-catching, and they sculpt each creation by hand. A typical flower gelato contains about 20 petals.
