Picture of Culture Trip
Updated: 14 May 2016
There are many reasons why Melbourne made the cut as a UNESCO City of Literature, and the Williamstown Literary Festival is one of them. Now in its 13th year, the festival boasts a jam-packed program with over 80 authors in 50 sessions including lively panel discussions, in-depth interviews, inspiring author talks, creative workshops, readings and much loved festival favourite, The Williamstown Literary Festival Debate. Held in the stunning surroundings of the Williamstown Town Hall and Williamstown Library, the festival will be welcoming local authors including Claire Saxby, Leigh Hobbs, Dmetri Kakmi, Jeff Maynard, Lucia Nardo, Enza Gandolfo and Vin Maskell.
