In the northeast of the Mojave Desert and near the Pine Valley Mountains, St. George is a great place to explore the natural landscape of Utah and Arizona, before taking the Interstate to Salt Lake City. Any of these hotels in St. George will give you a great base in a top location.

One of the most ideally placed towns you’ll ever visit, St. George scores highly on history as well as location. The final major settlement in Utah before you hit Arizona, you’re about an hour’s drive in various directions from the numerous and diverse national parks of Utah, the humbling majesty of the Grand Canyon and the (equally humbling) blackjack tables of Vegas. Whatever your plans, you’ll find yourself in a good place for them.
