Deep in Texas’ Hamilton Pool Preserve you’ll find a dazzling jade-green natural pool…
It was created when the dome of a raging underground-river collapsed because of thousands of years of erosion.
Located just a few miles west of Austin, the ultra pretty pool has been an extremely popular summer swimming spot for visitors, locals and the occasional stray bear.
Encompassing over 200 acres of beautiful green lushness, the real star of the show is a 50 ft. waterfall that plunges into the sparkly pool.
Best part is, you can swim and take a dip in this mini-paradise yourself!
