Austin T3 can accommodate any training schedule and experience level, offering over 20 coached training sessions every week, and their entire business focuses on triathlon preparation. Based on memberships, ranging from $95 to $300 per month, T3’s members receive physical training, written training plans, and online and race support.

Rogue Running has a range of running programs, starting at a Couch-to-5K class and working up to trail and marathon classes. They are the oldest locally owned running store in town, with a great selection and shoe fit specialists. Pure Austin‘s triathlon training program, PureTri, offers clinics, camps, and an Open Water Race Series to get you prepped for your next competition. There are two locations, as well as a speed shop for weight and speed conditioning. They have flexible membership options, and the best part is that since it’s a full gym with other types of classes as well, you get so much more for your money.

Austin Aquatics & Sports Academy
Austin Aquatics & Sports Academy provides custom plans for each athlete, as well a partnership with TriDot triathlon training system, which leverages athlete data and algorithm-based training to produce the biggest training return on investment possible. They offer different levels of membership that include training punchcards, meetings with the coach, progress benchmarking, and meal plans.
Support your community and train at the same time at one of the Austin YMCA‘s many locations around town. There are many types of classes throughout the day at each location, among machines and weights for self-training, but you can also register for their triathlon training program, available at three locations. They have indoor and outdoor options, weekly meets, and training for kids.
