Have A Fiesta At Fiesta San Antonio

Picture of Culture Trip
Updated: 31 March 2016
Don’t miss out on San Antonio’s biggest celebration! Fiesta San Antonio is an annual celebration of San Antonio’s culture, history, and community. The 11-day event is filled with music, food, art, parades, dance, and more. The event began in 1891 as a parade honoring the heroes of the Battle of San Jacinto and the Alamo. It is now in its 125th year and has grown into a huge, can’t-miss festival. Some Fiesta highlights include the Fiesta Opening Ceremonies, Fiesta Carnival, Fiesta Flambeau, the River Parade, and the Battle of Flowers. Proceeds groom Fiesta go back to community services throughout the year.
