Updated: 2 May 2016
Alamo Drafthouse presents a special screening of Sidney Lumet’s big screen directorial debut film 12 Angry Men. This critically acclaimed 1957 drama follows a jury of 12 men from the courtroom into the deliberation room as they decide the fate of a young man on trial for murder. Strong personalities, social and personal prejudices, and the weight of the decision hamper the process as the men struggle to come to a unanimous decision. The film was written by Reginald Rose who adapted the story from a teleplay of the same name that he also wrote.
