Family owned and operated, Imagine Vegan Cafe prides itself on compassionate eating. Maintaining an eco-friendly atmosphere is also important. The restaurant uses compost bins, biodegradable to-go containers and mismatched ditches in order to achieve a greener dining experience. While items on the menu might refer to ingredients like cheese, chicken or steak, vegan substitutes are used, never animal products or by-products. In order to promote a family-friendly environment, the restaurant offers a full kids’ menu, a play area and crayons and coloring books for children to enjoy while dining.
At City Silo Table + Pantry, the goal is to create an inclusive dining experience that provides options for customers with different tastes and dietary needs. The menu was created to replicate the flavors of favorite dishes, but maintain healthy eating habits while doing so. With salads, sandwiches and veggie burgers, the menu is extensively plant-based, but also offers egg, dairy and humanely-raised chicken options. Most ingredients used are organic and local.
