In Riva

The name ‘In Riva’ means ‘along the banks’ in Italian, and this beautiful Italian restaurant sits along the Schuylkill River. Guests have the option of sitting on the outside patio during warmer months, with its bright red chairs and outdoor bar and umbrellas to keep cool. In Riva provides a menu that specializes in made-to-share foods as well as Napoletana-style pizzas, making this restaurant a lovely spot to go with extended family for a dinner out and to watch the sun set over the river.

Talula’s Garden

Talula’s Garden has gorgeous outdoor seating, complete with rustic wooden tables and chairs, trees growing from the middle of the garden and plants along the walls. In the spring everything is a mix of colors while in the colder months, heaters and lights provide warmth and comfort. The restaurant specializes in farm-to-table meals with a small menu offering options that change with the seasons. For appetizers, they provide a thorough cheese plate, complete with multiple types of cheese, dried fruits, honey and jams.

Little Nonna’s

This Italian-American restaurant has a cute, homey atmosphere: the indoor section of the restaurant has an open kitchen and bar with stools, so that guests can watch the food being prepared while relaxing after a long day.
