The Pineapple Inn
The Pineapple Inn, named for the symbol of hospitality, has been welcoming guests for more than 30 years. The owners, Charles and Deborah, have a wealth of knowledge to share about the historic district surrounding the inn and the town of Lewisburg. The eight rooms and three suites are filled with Victorian antiques and handmade quilts. Some rooms have shared baths, while a separate, self-contained carriage house has three bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room and laundry facilities. Breakfasts are a celebration of local Amish cuisine, with farm-fresh eggs and bacon and home-made jams. It’s just six blocks from Bucknell University.
