The dinner menu has larger portion entrées, and the tapas menu allows customers to choose small dishes to share. The tapas selections include salmon tacos, mushroom confit, and fresh Manila clams, while the entrée menu features pan-roasted chicken, T-bone lamb chops, mushroom ravioli, and more. Todd Freeman has owned and operated Mike’s Drive-In since 1984, but the restaurant has been open since 1971. Freeman has added some variation to the menu of the small chain, but the favorite is still Mike’s Special, a deluxe burger prepared with pepper-bacon, Tillamook cheddar cheese, an egg, and home-made thousand island dressing. All food is cooked fresh to order, so it’ll take a bit longer than your typical fast food restaurant. The drive-in is known for its dozens of milkshake flavors made with fresh ingredients. Dine inside or on one of the picnic tables outside the restaurant.
