When it comes to vegan food, NYC probably has the biggest selection of treats in the world. From seitan burgers to vegan donuts, you can find it all at a selection of food trucks, kiosks, restaurants and cafés.

Culture Trip headed over to The Cinnamon Snail at Pennsy Food Hall to meet with their multi award-winning vegan Head Chef Adam Sobel, and he showed us how to make a mouthwatering smoked sage seitan burger.

Ingredients include a grilled pretzel bun, smoked sage seitan, bourbon barbecue seitan and an assorted variety of refined spices and vegetables – you’ll definitely want to try one out after watching this!
