The New York City Marathon is the largest marathon in the world. Each year, 50,000 runners embark on the 26.2-mile course through the five boroughs beginning in Staten Island and ending in Manhattan. Follow first-timer Aja Carter, 29, and marathon streaker Raymond Choy, 65, as they prepare to run through the Big Apple on Nov. 6. Don’t worry, Choy isn’t that type of streaker. A streaker, in running terms, is someone who has run 15 or more consecutive NYC Marathons.
