Dedicated to bettering and broadening the “vision of Latino culture”, the Havana Film Festival New York returns this month for its 17th edition. A mainstay of Manhattan’s multicultural entertainment scene, the festival stands out amongst the city’s array of film fests as a champion of diversity. Showcasing fiction, documentaries, and more from both established and emerging filmmakers, the Havana Film Festival embraces talent from Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States’ Latino community.
