Mizumi

Mizumi offers award-winning sushi from acclaimed Chef Devin Hashimoto, and is one of only three restaurants in the United States that offers certified authentic Kobe beef. All of their food is served fresh, and the ambiance of the restaurant is upscale and private. The restaurant boasts one of the best views in Vegas – diners look out over Japanese gardens, a koi pond, and a 90-foot waterfall.

Truly innovative and forward thinking, Sushisamba combines Brazilian, Peruvian, and Japanese cuisine for a totally unique dining experience. The colorful interior, decorated with 3D art, is one-of-a-kind, and throughout the restaurant projections featuring Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences are shown. Often compared to a club, this high energy restaurant is not to be missed.

Sensi

Located in the Bellagio Hotel, Sensi restaurant offers traditional Japanese food and sushi, all while ensuring that their ingredients are sustainably farmed and that most of their ingredients are organic. They even have their own rooftop herb garden. The interior of the restaurant is upscale and modern with clean lines, and they offer an extensive wine list with wines from Australia and New Zealand.

barMasa

barMasa brings a new meaning to the word fresh. The restaurant ensures that the fish they serve have come directly from Japanese waters within 24 hours. The décor of the restaurant is modern, clean, and simple, which contributes to its upscale atmosphere. Chef Masa Takayama, a Michelin winning chef, creates innovative and delicious Japanese cuisine.
