T’s Mesquite Rotisserie is a family-owned operation in Incline Village. A popular, fast-casual eatery, the café’s menu is sure to whet the appetite of many diners from meat eaters to vegetarians. Specializing in rotisserie meats, including soy lime chicken, Yucatan-style chicken and beef tri-tip, T’s also serves burritos, tacos, sandwiches, quesadillas, tostadas and various side dishes, including house-made salsa, marinated cucumber salad and potato salad.
