The Fish Market

The Fish Market is Liberty’s go-to stop for Cajun and Creole dishes. We’d also suggest adding an ice-cold beer to the mix. The Fish Market’s exterior even looks like a bait and tackle shop! Naturally, most of their menu items feature fish and seafood like shrimp po’ boys, fried catfish, and conch fritters. Pairing your meal with some fried okra and hush puppies is a must if you’re looking for a true bayou experience. If you’d like to try something new, we recommend the fried pickle chips. They strike the perfect balance of crisp and tart, much like a salt-and-vinegar chip.

Korma Sutra is our top pick for Indian cuisine in Liberty. They put on an excellent lunch buffet and offer all kinds of traditional dishes like saag, butter chicken, and tikka masala. Korma Sutra even serves complimentary chutneys and roti! If you want to get extra fancy, you can upgrade from regular to garlic naan with fresh herbs.
