Blue Koi Noodles and Dumplings

The Chang family owns and operates Blue Koi Noodles and Dumplings, which is home to a wonderful culinary culture. The brightly colored doors and warm, hip atmosphere lure visitors in. In the long, high-ceilinged rooms with big windows and blue walls the busy staff serve some delicious dishes. The most famous is Ants on a Tree, made with cellophane noodles tossed with spiced ground pork, cabbage, carrots, and Northern Chinese dumplings.
