Boston has many delicious eateries. From the Italian restaurants of the North End to the high-end steakhouses downtown and the sports pubs of Fenway – there is plenty of great food. However, it’s not all exactly healthy. Here is a guide to the healthy restaurants around Boston so that you can eat yummy food and feel good about it too.

1. Life Alive Urban Oasis and Organic Cafe

Veggie Galaxy, a retro diner located in Central Square, has many delicious eats for vegetarians and vegans. They have plenty of from-scratch options including sandwiches, burgers, and breakfast fare. Try their meatless Shepherd’s Pie or the Seitan Cutlet. Be sure to take home one of their vegan donuts or other vegan desserts to enjoy later.
