Galatoire’s offers duck and andouille Gumbo, which is a combination of duck and sausage in a thick roux. They also offer a seafood okra gumbo which consists of crab, shrimp, crawfish, and okra. Galatoire’s dress code is business casual for lunch, but jackets are required for gentlemen starting at 5 p.m. nightly and all day Sunday.
