In fact, the only non-vegan ingredient they offer is locally sourced honey. They’re also GMO-free, gluten-free, and offer locally sourced produce. They’re well known for their extensive juices and smoothies, as well as their colorful salads, inventive bowls, nutritious sweets, and raw ice creams.

is now nestled in the arts district of Indy, in Fountain Square. You can enjoy meat-free dishes such as quesadillas or tortilla soup and tacos with seitan instead of the usual meats.

They’re also famous for their cold-pressed juices. Since their local ingredients rotate quite frequently, their menu is always evolving and growing.
