Ask anyone who lives in Chicago and they’ll all tell you the same thing, summer in the city is the best time of the year. The wondrousness of summer in Chicago makes the harsh winters worth it. June is the official start of much summer programming throughout the city – from summer workouts to music concerts and outdoor screenings. Plus with warmer temperatures, Lake Michigan finally gets warm enough to swim in, and Chicagoans make their way to the city’s many beaches.
