At the Read It & Eat bookstore, they’re prepared to help your efforts to expand your cooking. They host regular hands-on baking classes, so this April, learn something new while creating something delicious. On the 9th they’re covering savory pies, French macarons on the 16th, French pastries including eclairs on the 29th, and a focus on savory baking on the 30th. Classes cost between $60 and $80.
