A Giant Pink Comb And More At The Chicago Cultural Center

Picture of Culture Trip
Updated: 2 June 2016
Carlos Rolón/Dzine has come back to Chicago for his first solo exhibition in 12 years with the exhibition I Tell You This Sincerely… His work will include an eight-foot-tall pink afro pick comb, a large-scale installation in celebration of boxing and the surrounding culture through a blue-collar trophy den, and a beautifully reimagined pre-smartphone Caribbean courtyard for visitors to speak to each other within. The exhibition is free and open to the public every day that the Chicago Cultural Center is open.

📅 April 9 – July 31, 2016

📍 78 E Washington St, Chicago, IL, USA
