A popular venue owned by Will Banks, Blue Willy’s specializes in Texas-style BBQ that will please any meat lover who walks through the door. Within a rustic-styled interior, guests can eat an array of dishes, including brisket, pork ribs, sausage, chicken, plus complementary sides, such as macaroni and cheese, pit-smoked beans, collards greens, and cornbread. Sandwiches are also on the menu, including the pastrami sandwich. Only available on Thursdays, the pastrami sandwich is very popular, so diners must arrive early if they want to get their hands on one.
