Tennis courts, pools and a lazy river stretch out over four acres of this residential and vacation-rental community less than 20 minutes from the Disney parks. It’s a gated neighborhood, and the properties are enormous, averaging five to six bedrooms, with open-concept kitchens, indoor and outdoor living areas and covered pools. The Solterra’s cafe specializes in flatbreads and sandwiches, but a number of restaurants and grocery stores are nearby as well – a great incentive to head out and explore.
