1. Vagabond Restaurant & Bar

Vagabond is the restaurant and bar located in the 1950’s hotel of the same name. Enjoy your drink in a retro atmosphere, including rustic tables, pops of aquamarine furniture, and a 360-degree bar. Wines, which are available by the glass or by the bottle, come from Italy, Spain, France, and California. The drink menu also includes draft beers, and at least 10 signature craft cocktails. Try the ‘Upper Eastside,’ the ‘Clover Club,’ or the ‘Bibo Fizz.’ If you get hungry for a snack while you’re sipping on your drink, order a delicious bite to eat from the restaurant. Add a touch of class to your Happy Hour by visiting Barmeli Miami. The popular neighborhood watering hole is a wine bar that also serves delicious Mediterranean tapas. Happy hour isn’t the only time that you’ll get a bargain — many of the menu items are $15 or less, including the dips, flatbreads, vegetarian appetizers, salads, cheese plates, and desserts. Grab a drink at this international, Upper East Side hub. Boteco, a Brazilian restaurant and bar, serves everything from sake to sangria. Try traditional Brazilian cocktails, such as ‘Caipiroska,’ ‘Caipirinhas,’ and ‘Cachaca.’ Or, keep it classic with a draft beer or refreshing glass of wine. In addition to their extensive drinks menu, Boteco also offers delicious Brazilian eats, including various croquets, ‘eschondidihos,’ meat and vegetable skewers, and larger dinner entrees. The Federal Food & Drink Provisions

The Federal Food and Drink Provisions is one of the hottest restaurants in Miami’s Upper East Side neighborhood. The menu of modern American cuisine features items such as buffalo pig wings, charred octopus, jambalaya, bbq’d deviled eggs, and their famous buttermilk biscuits. If you just can’t decide, order the chef’s choice tasting menu and have the decisions made for you.
