Ramrod was one of the first bars to jump-start the north Ft. Lauderdale/Wilton Manors gay district. Its customers are not all about leather… but Ramrod was voted World’s Best Bar (Leather Category) by GayCities.com. Well known for its over-the-edge music, which is enhanced by an infamous light show every Friday and Saturday after midnight, there’s so much energy here that many people just move, grind and dance until close.
Another popular Wilton Manors hangout for those who like to get a little bit silly and need a place to truly be themselves is the Monkey Business Bar. Who doesn’t enjoy a good cabaret act? And, if you’re a little kinky, feel free to dress up in a swanky little outfit yourself! The bar staff is friendly, the drinks are strong and the drag shows are truly one of a kind. Don’t spend another night wondering where to go for a little late night fun — Monkey Business is the place to be!

Lauderdale, this gay and lesbian hangout has all of the key components of an easygoing bar: happy hour specials and tons of bar games, whether it’s poker, karaoke, or dancing to the sick beats of the many DJ’s that perform there.
