Monday: Bay Tour

Start your week with a relaxing tour around the San Francisco Bay. Invite some friends and have a unique group outing on a private yacht. In this three-hour tour, your guide Josh will show you all around the Bay and can even take requests for specific itineraries. When you’re done, head over to the Ferry Building for a late lunch and walk around, taking in a gorgeous view of the Bay Bridge. Don’t forget to bring your jacket because, as Mark Twain would say, “The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco.”

Tuesday: Pottery Class

Stay out of the work week rut with a Tuesday night outing. Be prepared to get a little dirty and get those creative juices flowing at Steven’s pottery class. You will have the opportunity to throw a mug or create a canister from a slab. Maybe by the time you’re done you will be inspired to throw out your old dishes at home and make an entire new set from scratch.

Wednesday: Wine Tasting on the Bay

Forget thirsty Thursday; celebrate wine Wednesday (and if that isn’t something that is already celebrated then it should start now) with an evening wine tasting on the Bay. Josh will take you out on a gorgeous yacht and you get to relax and enjoy the view while sipping on a wide variety of Napa Valley’s’s finest. Sipping on some local wine is sure to help you relax. Plus, having a romantic mid-week adventure is sure to help make the weekend come sooner.

Thursday: DIY Butter, Cheese and Yogurt

The Bay Area is all about organic healthy foods. Almost every city has some kind of weekly farmers market or resident juice/smoothie/kale-related food location. If you’re tired of being uncertain of what is in your food, why not learn to make some of the basics from scratch? Elizabeth can teach you how to make your own butter, cheese and yogurt in a two-hour class. By the time you’re finished you will have snacks to take home and recipes so you can make it at home and amp up your sad bag lunch with some homemade treats.
