Dhillon’s Pizza

An independently owned and operated pizza joint, Dhillon’s Pizza has a menu with both classic and innovative creations, this eatery will appeal to adventurous palates along with those who would prefer something more familiar. The ‘Veggiepalooza’ topped with white sauce, whole milk mozzarella, zucchini, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, spinach, and a tomato is one classic highlight. For something unique, try the chicken curry with curry sauce, whole milk mozzarella, chicken, red onion, tomatoes, and cilantro or the chicken pesto with pesto, mozzarella, chicken, pine nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes.

A family-owned restaurant, Kenzo has a warm, inviting ambiance in which to feast upon delicious cuisine that will keep customers returning time and time again. Beautifully plated items include the Real California Roll with snow crabmeat and avocado, the popular Dragon Roll with deep-fried shrimp, crab mix, and cucumber plus eel, avocado, and eel sauce, and the chicken teriyaki served with soup, salad, and rice. Kenzo serves lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Serving Yuba City for over ten years, Marcello’s is a well-loved eatery offering an array of Italian delights. The menu is brimming with a wide range of mouthwatering options with something to suit many palates. Within a warm, inviting environment, guests can savor everything from mushrooms stuffed with clams, romano, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses plus herb bread crumbs to chicken parmigiana with plenty of marinara, mozzarella, and parmesan. Entrées to try include the rosemary balsamic chicken served with sautéed vegetables and the seafood alfredo. For instance, guacamole is made fresh each day and onion rings and jalapeño poppers are made using their own batter. Open daily, The Shack is known for their Super Burgers, which are giant burgers piled high with incredible flavors. The EGGsplosion with 1/3 pound of Angus beef, a fried egg, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and cheddar is one must-try option. Complemented by tasty side dishes, including four varieties of fries, and sweet treats, these burgers will satisfy the hungriest of appetites.

Sopa Thai Cuisine

When stepping into Sopa Thai Cuisine, guests will be transported to another land with its lovely Thai-inspired décor. The food, of course, will also make guests forget that they are in the USA. Serving a wide variety of Thai dishes all brimming with exotic flavors, Sopa Thai Cuisine has something to suit many tastes. This is a family-style eatery where guests are encouraged to share their dishes, so what better way to start off a meal than by sharing a tasty appetizer like the crab rolls served with a plum sauce. Main dishes include curries, rice, noodles, house specialties like the clay pot seafood, and much more. Sopa Thai is open Monday through Saturday.

For beer lovers, there is a variety of taps featuring year-round, seasonal, and special releases, with one highlight being the Watertower IPA, which pairs wonderfully with burgers and wood-fired pizza. As for the food menu, must-try options include the cinque formaggi pizza topped with mozzarella, gorgonzola, asiago, romano, and parmesan and the pub burger with caramelized stout-balsamic onions, sautéed mushrooms, Swiss, gruyère, plus sun-dried tomato aioli all on a pretzel bun.
