Constantly filled with the aroma of spices and herbs, India’s Clay Oven is an Indian restaurant that serves a vast assortment of authentic cuisine such as curry, tandoor and traditional Indian desserts. Its most popular dishes are the Korma curry, which includes cooked onions and cashews mixed with a dab of yogurt sauce and the Tofu Tikka, which is a tandoori dish consisting of stir fried tandoori tofu pieces cooked with bell pepper and onions. Delhi Palace – Cuisine of India

One of the oldest restaurants in San Bernardino, established during the early 1970s, Delhi Palace – Cuisine of India is an authentic Indian restaurant that has served the community with tandoori breads as well as biriyani dishes. It offers a vast collection of common breads such as naan and paratha, a multi-layered whole wheat bread, as well as variations like pishori naan (naan stuffed with nuts, cashews and raisins). It also provides a wide selection of specials, the most popular of which is tandoori chicken: chicken marinated with yogurt and mild spices, cooked in its own juices over hot charcoals, and roasted in the tandoor until brown and crispy.
