Don’t be fooled by the strip mall location; Rhineland Deli is a fantastic German deli, offering some of the best sandwiches around. A cozy venue with a few tables, this deli features a selection of German pantry items, as well. Aiming to provide ‘freshness, efficiency and value’ in a fast-casual venue, Mary and Maureen Harrigan opened their first Stonefire Grill in the year 2000; the restaurant now has seven locations in the area, including Thousand Oaks. Stonefire Grill offers a host of delectable dishes that will satisfy everyone from carnivorous eaters to vegetarians. Highlights include the pita stuffed with roasted cauliflower, lemon tahini, chopped tomato, green onion, and spicy cilantro-serrano sauce; the tomesto pasta, half of which is covered in pesto and the other half in marinara; and the baby back ribs.
