Alley Katz

Alley Katz was established in 2010 and has since worked to be the best beer bar in Sacramento, offering a combined total of over 200 different beers, 86 of them being drafts. Their main goal is to keep the taps and bottles consistently rotating, so just because you had a type of beer yesterday it doesn’t mean it’ll be here today. If you’re someone looking to step out of your comfort zone, consider stopping by Alley Katz. On your visit, you’ll find two pool tables, two dart boards, air hockey, duck hunter, and 16 TV screens.

Streets, formerly known as Streets of London, offers your British favorites in an American Pub. Streets is a neighborhood sports pub, and showcases football, soccer, basketball, baseball, and more. This destination is popular because any night is a great night to stop by. You’ll witness events like live music, karaoke, open mic, and their famous pub trivia. Streets is beloved by both locals and visitors because it has so much to offer its guests, including a full bar, 18 beers on tap, and a unique pub menu.

Blue Cue has been deemed a ‘restaurant billiards bar,’ but the emphasis is on ‘billiards’ and ‘bar.’ This upscale pool hall features valet parking and a sophisticated interior. Mix Downtown

Mix Downtown is located on top of the Firestone Building. The rooftop patio features spacious bars, fire pits, a dance floor, couches and semi-private booths. Mix Downtown is the ideal venue for after work socializing, business meetings, cocktail parties, or a night in town with friends. The building was designed with rustic elements like weathered cement walls, reclaimed barn wood, and steel beams with a splash of color.

River City Saloon

The River City Saloon features award wining sandwiches, great sports, live music, karaoke and more. This bar has a long history in Sacramento. It was originally an early framed wood building, replaced with brick in 1857. In 2007, the saloon was remodeled to its original design and renamed the River City Saloon. The bar features Old West Sarsaparilla brewed exclusively for them by River City Brewing Company also located in Sacramento. You can get one for just 25 cents, and ask for a basket of peanuts, don’t be afraid to throw the shells on the floor.

Back Door Lounge

Back Door Lounge is the perfect place to go with friends after a long week of work. This bar has a retro-style club atmosphere evoking the style of 50s Las Vegas. Back Door is decorated with red velvet walls, black leather booths, gold accessories, and low lighting. The bar is known for its great selection of music.
