It’s a new week and a new month. Will someone please tell time to slow down! There are so many events taking placing that it’s difficult to fit it all within one week. Here is a list of what the first week of November has to offer in San Francisco.

Tetherball Match On The Street

Monday, 11/02

Remember that free festival in the Panhandle called NOW Festival? Well, here they are bringing you right back to your elementary years. Getting picked last isn’t a problem because this sport is a solo deal. Don’t grab a partner, or do, and head down to the tetherball match on the street hosted by NOW Festival.

First Tuesday Free Days at These Historical SF Landmarks

The Culture Trip loves the start of a new month. It’s a fresh slate to finally make it to one of the famous museums in SF that you put off month after month. This first Tuesday of the month, you can enjoy free entry into any of the following: de Young Museum, Legion of Honor, Conservatory of Flowers, Museum of Craft and Design, and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Check each site for details.

Hanson Brothers One Mile Walk for Aids

Wednesday, 11/04

Join the famous Hanson brothers at the front of The Fillmore for a one mile walk for AIDS beginning at 2 pm on November 4, 2015. In honor of their new album, The Walk, these three are taking a one mile walk with their fans in cities across the world, with the goal of walking ‘around the world,’ or 24,902 miles, to raise awareness about poverty and AIDS in Africa.

Free Yoga

Thursday, 11/05

The two words San Franciscans flock to: free yoga. This free class is unlike any other as it takes place among stained glass in the St. Cyprian’s Episcopal Church. Take the next hour to unwind and center yourself in an extraordinary studio. This vinyasa flow class is for all levels of experience. Namaste.

North Beach First Friday Art Crawl

Friday, 11/06

Get yourself to the Italian neighborhood, North Beach, this Friday for their First Friday festival. Check out over a dozen of North Beach’s galleries, museums, bars, and restaurants, as they stay open late for a self-guided First Fridays Art Crawl. Hint: it’s the perfect Friday night date spot.
