San Francisco After Hours

When faced with the recurring dilemma of what to do at 2AM, once bars close and crowds disperse, look no further than The Culture Trip’s guide. Whether you are afflicted by the jitterbug or the drunchies, these after-hours locations will allow your night to go on.

The EndUp

If you simply must keep dancing, you’ll probably end up at The EndUp, which has been a late night dance club since 1973. There are multiple bars, a patio area, and house and techno music sets. It often gets very crowded. The EndUp stops serving drinks at 2AM, but patrons are encouraged to rage, rage against the dying of the light until closing at 4AM.

Mighty

Mighty is a 6,000-square-foot dance club in the industrial warehouse district between Mission and Portrero Hill, with three bars, performances by international DJs, an outdoor smoking area, and plenty of space on the dance floor. No need to clear out when the bar closes; this venue is also open until 4AM.

King’s Thai Cuisine

For all of your late night noodle needs, try King’s Thai Cuisine on Clement Street in the Inner Richmond, open until 2AM. This place offers cheap, delicious, authentic Thai food of massive proportions; definitely worth trekking to after a night of dancing and drinking.

All Star Donuts

This tiny, 24-hour, neighborhood donut shop in the Inner Richmond never fails to fill an empty, late-night belly. An extremely friendly staff serves delicious, sugary donuts at any hour of day or night. All Star also offers breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and fries. The maple bacon donut is heavenly.

Across from DNA Lounge in SoMa sits the food truck Crepes A Go Go. This gem serves tasty sweet and savory treats to club-goers needing sustenance until deep into the night (midnight on weekdays, 3AM on Thursdays, 4AM on weekends).
