Get Outside & Into Nature During National Park Week

From April 16th to 24th, enjoy free admission to national parks around the Bay Area in honor of National Park Week. The week will include National Junior Ranger Day, Earth Day, and Park Rx Day. For National Junior Ranger Day, kids can participate in a series of fun activities and earn a junior ranger badge. For Earth Day, participants can come help out with a series of projects to help foster a healthy park environment. On Park Rx Day, parks will host activities promoting physical and mental well-being. Various parks are also hosting InstaMeets on April 23rd. Use this map to find a park near you. Some parks will be hosting special events, so check out what’s happening at your local park here.
