This unique workshop series includes spiritual work through both yoga and cooking. Julie Watson and Sachi Doctor have designed these classes in order to teach participants about the power of aligning the body through movement as well as eating and nutrition; all to better tune the body to the changing seasons. The workshop will begin on the mat for an asana practice geared towards certain body movements and poses in rhythm to the current season. After, the group will gather for a cooking demonstration where attendees will learn about how certain seasons govern the body and mind.
