Meditation can benefit those of all spiritual beliefs. Those who practice meditation or meditative movements such as yoga, can experience a decrease in anxiety and stress as well as an increase in mindful awareness. Throughout the year, San Francisco holds spiritual meditation classes, workshops, and events. No matter the faith or walk of life, a meditation or meditative movement event can be found throughout San Francisco.
