Tex Wasabi’s is one of Guy Fieri’s restaurants, located in downtown Santa Rosa. They offer unique sushi rolls with barbecue chicken instead of fish, and sriracha is a staple in their dishes. They’re known for having a Wednesday night special on their “Fishbowls,” best split between four people. Their mojitos are also a must try.

Just down the street from Tex Wasabi’s is Russian River, a local brewery that is a regular spot for most locals. They host live bands and have a full menu as well as an ever-growing selection of beer. If it’s your first time visiting, it’s recommended you go for the beer sampler. They can get busy fast, but that does not stop them from making sure everyone is satisfied with their experience.

Located in the middle of Santa Rosa, Fogbelt Brewing Company is almost hidden. Their beers steal the show, and they offer a sampler for first time visitors. Each beer is named after a Coast Redwood tree, so they’re easy to remember. It can get crowded in the evening, especially on their Trivia nights, but the servers make sure to keep all their customers happy.
