The Bistro Gambrinus
If you are a USF student, then you have to go to the Bistro Gambrinus. Located right around the corner of Masonic on Fulton Street, Bistro Gambrinus is not only the closest bar to USF, but is also the perfect place if you are looking for a lot of European beer for a really great price. They even offer a 16-ounce ‘boot sized’ beer which comes in a glass that is shaped like an actual boot.

Cha Cha Cha
If you are looking for reasonably priced Sangrias, delicious Mexican food and a young, hip atmosphere then Cha Cha Cha is the place to be. The bar is located on Haight Street – a quick walk from the USF campus.

You can always count on Ireland’s 32 for a lively time. With people usually all the way out the door, and dancing until late in the night, Irelands is a great place to go when you want to let your hair down. You can also find late night burgers and pizza, located just a few blocks from Ireland’s 32, in case after all of the dancing you need to satisfy that midnight craving.

Elbo Room has a ‘soul night’ where they feature ‘old soul’ music and dancing. There are two floors: downstairs has a dining area, bar and arcade, and then upstairs there is another bar, as well as a stage, where bands perform. They have even hosted The Bodacious Ancients, a band that consists of all USF students.
