There, you will also find Lone Pint, a friendly community brewery that keeps the small town vibe while serving knockout beers. You might want to start with their famous Yellow Rose, a strong malt beer with citrus and blueberry flavors, or try the Gentleman’s Relish, a thick and creamy brown ale. The tour is fun and educational too, just make sure to get there on time as spaces fill up quickly.

Their location on Lyons Avenue has a stunning beer hall that serves food as well. The bishop burger and soft pretzel stand out the most. Although still a small town brewery, Spoetzl produces astronomical amounts of beer for its loyal fans all over the United States. Thus, the brewery is impressive in size and capacity. Tours are free and include four samplings of beer, and there is a small gift shop with glasses and other merchandise as well. The town itself is an interesting drive, with German architecture and open fields perfect for picnics.
