In the very heart of California’s wine country lies Napa Valley. Everywhere you look there’s another Napa winery, each one appearing to be even better than the last. However, some of them are just a bit more spectacular than the rest.
Antica Napa Valley
If all of wine country isn’t enough of an escape, head to Antica Napa Valley Winery. It’s nestled away up a mountain to create an oasis within another oasis. Tour the grounds and the cellar caves for a truly unique experience. The wine tastings here make for an absolutely wonderful afternoon in Napa Valley.
Trefethen Family Vineyards
This historic winery just drips charm from its gorgeous interior woodwork. The wines at Trefethen Family Vineyards are absolutely tantalizing and the grounds’ beautifully restored barn is the perfect setting to sip them.
Pack a picnic to delight in at the vineyards at this winery. Truchard Vineyards is a smaller winery compared to others that are in Napa but it’s certainly not about size here. During a tasting and visit, the staff is wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. And don’t forget to stroll the lovely rose garden!
