The Brick Pit may have a tiny menu, but it certainly excels in what it does. Serving up arguably the best barbecued food in the area, the menu choices are the smoked pulled pork plate, the BBQ rib plate, and the BBQ chicken plate, all served with homemade coleslaw, BBQ beans and Texas toast. Plates can be accompanied by iced tea or a fizzy drink and finished off with Mrs. Waits Homemade Banana Pudding – made fresh daily. Little more than a rustic shack from outside, don’t be tricked into thinking it’s not worth a visit, the tender ribs and the heavenly pulled pork make diners return again and again.
