The area is home to many delicious cafes and shops, offering everything from Canadian delights to American BBQ to Lebanese delicacies and sweet treats. Here’s our ten favorites.
Les Chocolats Favoris is an local chain founded in 1979 as way to provide jobs to family members. This delightful sweet shop opened in Vieux-Lévis in 1996 in an old, beautiful mansion built in 1909. Offering a delightful array of chocolates, Les Chocolats Favoris is also famous for real chocolate-dipped ice cream. Delicious, creamy, soft serve ice cream is swirled high into a cone and then dipped into one of 12 chocolate flavors. Flavors include original milk, original dark, hazelnut praline, dreamy white, crunchy hazelnut, salted caramel, orange burst, creamy coffee, dulce de leche, cookies and cream, plus two surprise options which can be found on the Facebook page.
