Steps in the right direction. | #ShootForPeace The time of the year where I catch myself taking a breather and really reflecting (which includes catching up with people/movies/shows/video games 👀). I had set a lot of goals for this year and I am very proud of myself in achieving most of them academically, with travel, putting myself out of my comfort zone, and overall changes that has helped me be a better person. Unfortunately in pursuit of these goals there were definitely a few shortcomings which I was able to realize as early as possible and I am doing my very best in mending some of these issues/relationships. While looking at the highs and lows of this year, I have only realized one common theme…people. People I have had the opportunity to meet, reacquaint myself with, welcome and unfortunately let go and the stories they've been comfortable enough to share and experience. It was an honour, and very appreciative of it. Finally to friends and family, honestly thank you for putting up with my terrible and indecisive personality – I promise you I am getting better at this – slowly but surely. But most of all I will continue to strive to better myself, to be there in your times of need and especially be apart of your stories of growth, love and prosperity. Peace and blessings from mine to yours. P.S. lastly to the most precious addition in my life, I cannot wait to have great conversations with you my beautiful little niece xoxo.
